Fun fact: I sold my first grave marker when I was 15. My dad owned a monument business, and he recruited me early. What does this have to do with my current work? Well, a lot. I learned to meet people where they were. I learned about empathy. And most importantly, I discovered my superpower: Listening.

 

It sounds simple, but it’s an oft-missing ingredient that is so critical to crafting compelling messaging that connects with humans. When we feel heard, we feel seen. If I know your words are meant for me, specifically, I will tune in with ears and heart wide open.

I love being a support for people and businesses who are trying to connect with their audience in a meaningful, authentic way. As a multi-passionate person, I bring an array of background experience that includes a B.S. in Film Production, an MFA in Creative Writing, ten years working in the film industry, almost as many working in retail, administration, and education – and an underlying desire to serve and inspire others through it all.
